Fully Automated Transducer Manufacturing System
We are the first company in China equipped with a Transducer Manufacturing Robot system.
With an annual production capacity of 500,000 composite rod transducers, we deliver highly consistent, reliable and mass-producible underwater acoustic components to support global customers in underwater acoustics, ultrasonic applications and marine engineering.
Our ceramic cutting precision reaches semiconductor-grade standards, with horizontal precision of ±2 μm and vertical precision of ±5 μm.Combined with self-developed array assembly equipment and innovative processes, we achieve array element amplitude uniformity of ±1.5 dB and phase consistency of ±5°, providing solid physical support for the high performance of multi-beam sonar systems.

Automatic Transducer Testing System
We possess an Automatic Underwater Acoustic Parameter Measurement System, a comprehensive platform integrating high-frequency free-field calibration, low-frequency plane-wave testing, and precision spatial positioning.
Covering an ultra-broad frequency range from 5 Hz to 2 MHz, this system delivers precise, efficient, and automated measurement of electro-acoustic parameters and performance evaluation for underwater acoustic transducers, arrays, acoustic materials, and underwater acoustic devices.
It serves as critical infrastructure supporting R&D, metrological calibration, and quality inspection in underwater acoustic engineering.
Every transducer is accompanied by a corresponding test report, ensuring the accuracy of sonar systems from the source.
